Why sessions, not messages
You should never ration your own questions.
Charging per message punishes the parent who asks a second question because they did not understand the first answer. A session covers one homework problem and the conversation around it, so asking again costs nothing.
Questions parents ask first
What counts as a session?
One homework problem and the follow-up questions around it, for 30 minutes. Asking three follow-ups about the same fraction problem is one session, not four.
What counts as a free question?
On the free plan each new homework question you send uses one of your three. The allowance renews every seven days on a rolling basis, so you are never locked out for a whole month.
Can I add more than three children?
The family plan covers three learner profiles. If you need more, contact us and we will sort something out rather than sell you a second subscription.
How do I cancel?
Message CANCEL on WhatsApp. There is no retention script and no phone call. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you store my child's homework?
No. Homework text and photographs are processed to produce the reply and are not retained. We keep a protected account identifier, the learner's grade, and usage counts.
