We read the CAPS task
The question is matched to phase, grade, subject, term, topic and skill, so the guidance fits what your child is actually being taught this year.
You get a coaching card
Not an answer. A plain-language explanation for you, the exact words to say, one strong question to ask, what a correct answer sounds like, and three hints to release one at a time.
Check their attempt
Send your child's working back. We identify the first step that went wrong and give you the next question to ask — without finishing it for them.
Four modes
Ask for the kind of help you actually need.
Start any WhatsApp message with a mode to change the shape of the reply — for example CHECK: 3/4 + 1/2 = 4/6.

What we will not do
The limits are the product.
- We do not produce a polished answer your child can copy into a workbook.
- We do not write essays or complete assessments.
- We do not claim endorsement by the Department of Basic Education.
- We do not store your homework text or photographs after the reply is sent.
- Every worked example we give uses different numbers to the homework itself.
